What a Great Day.

Hey Everyone,
Mary and I had a great day and we wanted to share the pictures with everyone.

First, we went to Roloff Farm this morning in Hillsboro, OR to pick out a pumpkin. For those of you not familar with Roloff Farm, it is the home of the Roloff family, the stars of TLC's "Little People, Big World." They were filming for the new season while we were there, so if any of you watch it, you may spot Mary and me. For more pictures of our day, go to this album: ROLOFF PUMPKIN CARVING.

Later that night we started carving our pumpkin.

In honor of the Spartan's sixth victory today against Northwestern, we decided to go with this...

And here is the Spartan in green...

Go Spartans! 6 -1 record, undefeated in the Big Ten!

After the pumpkin was gutted and carved, we also roasted the pumpkin seeds and baked home-made pumpkin muffins. They are delicious.

Overall, it was a great day. Tomorrow we are going to watch our friends, Brett and Jessica, compete in a Portland cyclocross race. Again, if you want to see more photos, go here: ROLOFF PUMPKIN CARVING. So I hope all is well, and we enjoy hearing from all of you, so LEAVE COMMENTS!
